These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the xo786 platform, including the website at xo786.org, all associated sub-pages, mobile browser interfaces, and any services offered therein, including but not limited to the xo786 sportsbook, live casino, slot games, PKR wallet, and xo786 Login portal (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

xo786 operates a PKR-native wallet system. All deposits, withdrawals, bet stakes, and winnings are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). xo786 does not apply a foreign exchange markup to PKR transactions; the balance shown in your xo786 wallet reflects the exact PKR amount deposited or won, net of any applicable transaction fees levied by the payment provider (not by xo786).

Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels are:

Sportsbook — Cricket and Other Markets: Bets on PSL cricket, international Test matches, ODIs, and T20Is are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB for PSL; ICC for international cricket). In-play bets confirmed before an interruption in play are settled on the basis of available official data; xo786 reserves the right to void in-play bets that were placed after an event outcome had become known but before the Platform updated.

• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or reversals through a payment provider after funds have been credited and used on the Platform;
• Harassment: Using xo786's communication channels, live chat, or community features to harass, threaten, or abuse xo786 staff or other players.

xo786 employs fraud detection systems that monitor account behaviour continuously. Accounts flagged for investigation will have their withdrawal access suspended pending review. xo786 will cooperate with law enforcement agencies and financial institutions in cases involving suspected criminal activity.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content;
• Scrape, index, or systematically extract Platform data;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software;
• Use the xo786 brand name or logo in any marketing, affiliate, or third-party context without express written authorisation from xo786.

Any use of Platform content beyond the scope of the limited licence described above requires prior written consent from xo786. Unauthorised use of xo786 intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, xo786 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any service offered therein, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or payment processing delays not caused by xo786's gross negligence;
• Loss of data, account access, or betting history resulting from circumstances outside xo786's reasonable control;
• Delays in deposit confirmation or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank;
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, odds, or content displayed on the Platform that contains errors or omissions;
• Interruption of Platform access during periods of scheduled or emergency maintenance.

xo786's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms, in any circumstance, shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action and whether xo786 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

xo786 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7;
• Court order, law enforcement request, or direction from a relevant regulatory authority;
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with zero balance inactive for 12 or more consecutive months may be closed);
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request.

Upon termination of your account for reasons attributable to your breach of these Terms, any outstanding bonus balance will be voided. Real-money balances may be retained pending investigation and will be released to your verified payment method if no fraudulent activity is established, or forfeited if a breach determination is made. xo786 will notify you of the outcome via your registered email address.

You may close your xo786 account at any time by contacting support via the live chat function or by emailing xo786 support. Upon voluntary closure, your real-money PKR balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to internationally operated online gaming operators, as determined by xo786's operating jurisdiction. xo786 is an internationally operated platform.

In the event of a dispute between you and xo786 regarding any aspect of these Terms or the Platform, the following procedure applies:

• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the dispute is not resolved at Step 1, submit a formal written complaint to xo786 via email. xo786 will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a final response within 14 business days;
• Step 3 — Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied with xo786's final response, you may escalate the matter to the applicable dispute resolution body or regulatory authority as specified by xo786's operating licence conditions.

xo786's decisions regarding game outcomes, account status, and bonus eligibility are final, provided they are made in accordance with these Terms and any applicable game-specific rules. You waive any right to class action or representative proceedings against xo786.
